BLS Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers INITIAL

This BLS course is for first-timers who need CPR Training focusing on AHA guidelines and team performance.  It focuses on what healthcare providers need to know to perform high-quality CPR in a wide variety of settings.  

Cardiac Rhythms - Nursing

Nurses who attend the VNA approved cardiac rhythms course, in full and complete the end of course evaluation are elegible to earn 6 CEs.

Danville Handle with Care

Handle with Care classes are held in the Education Department located on the 4th floor in the H building. This class consist of the physical portion (Hands-On). Class time is 9:00am-1:00pm in the CPR room - after exiting the elevator take the right hallway, classroom is 2nd door on the right. 

Please bring a copy of your online course completion Certificate (this can be found in the completed tab within Lifetalent).

Dress comfortably but DO NOT wear open toe shoes or crocks. 

Martinsville Handle With Care - Physical Training

This course is the hands-on training for Handle with Care.

Please bring a copy of your online course completion Certificate (this can be found in the completed tab within Lifetalent).

Sovah Health - Martinsville is a BLS training center, offering all levels of Basic Life Support Training.

We are a training site for Advanced Cardiac Life Support classes through the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist training center.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses are offered at our training site through the Carilion Clinic training center.
